About the Founder

The person behind the seal.

Rachel is the founder of PrimeSeal Notary — a licensed mobile notary public and commissioner of oaths serving the Greater Toronto Area.

PrimeSeal was built on a simple belief: professional notarial services should come to the client, not the other way around.

Our Approach

Precision, discretion, and genuine care.

The documents clients bring to PrimeSeal often represent significant moments — a new home, a child travelling abroad, a business deal. These aren't just papers. Rachel treats every appointment with the seriousness and care it deserves.

We come to you — your home, your office, your preferred location — prepared, punctual, and focused entirely on your needs.

"You shouldn't have to rearrange your day for a notary. We'll come to wherever works for you — your home, your office, even a coffee shop."

Who We Serve

Families, executives, businesses, and institutions across the Greater Toronto Area. Flexible arrangements are available for organizations with regular document needs.
